Refund Policy

By purchasing any item from our store you automatically agree to this document. Because our products are digital goods and are immediately available, we generally offer no refunds, however, under certain circumstances we will be happy to issue you a refund upon your request, as long as you are respectful in your support ticket. These are the cases where we are most likely to issue you a refund:

  • You accidentally made the purchase, and you didn't benefit from it, and you notify us within 24 hours
  • Someone else made the purchase on your behalf, without your permission, you didn't benefit from it, and you notify us within 24 hours

Logging in to Cops and Robbers V even once counts as benefiting from it. Refunds don't apply to recurring payments because you have pre-authorized us,  and you get reminder emails before the renewal date; in that case, a refund is completely at our sole discretion.

In case you have made a purchase and were banned from the servers, we won't issue a refund just because of that. Please, if your ban was wrongful, request an appeal immediately and we will be happy to assist you and make up for the lost days of your subscription.

Chargebacks

Do not chargeback a payment directly with your bank or payment platform, contact us instead and patiently wait up to 14 business days. Starting a chargeback will result in your in-game account getting banned. If you charge back store items that you have given to other players we will remove them from their purchase inventories, and if we suspect that they collaborated with you, they will also get banned.
